What Is Fish and Tips?

Fish and Tips is a snake-in-the-drink simulation wherein you step into the shoes of Clamentine, a terribly hard-working clam, who is opening her first coffee shop. Based in the busy underwater world of Hudson Bay, the game has bits of café-running, customer management, and perfect coffee-making smashed together. Make them happy by taking their orders, making the coffees just right, and keeping the place tidy. Good thing you only need to please none other than the famous Barb Couda, the fishy critic on your opening day!

How to Play

In Fish and Tips, your gameplay revolves mainly around managing the day-to-day running of Clamentine's Coffee Shop. Here's a short how-to for you:

Taking Orders: Pair your ears carefully with the words of the customers' wishes as their orders.
Making Coffee: Make sure that the coffee you give is the right one according to the customer's wants; hurry, and do not lose your accuracy!
Keeping Clean: Maintain all untidiness away so the customers will be more pleased.
Impressing the Critic: On opening day, Barb Couda will show up. Do your best to win a glowing review.

History

Set in the story of Fish and Tips, the charming café "Dedans la Baleine" reopens after it being closed for almost a year. The old boss, Mr. Gill, declared that he was retiring from the job and proceeded to sell the café to the fish, Clamentine Concharov, who had hopes of truly making the café blossom. The reopening is such a big deal because that very day will be the first time the critic Barb Couda will get a peek into the skills of the new owner. By August 6th, Clamentine took over the café, ready to shoulder through all the challenges and perks of running her dream business.
